Organisational structure of the company

General Assembley is the highest body of the company. It decides on all the essential issues concerning the company itself and its activities.

Company Executive, as a statutory body, acts in the name of the company at courts, authorities and when dealing with the third parties and they oblige the company by their legal actions.

Executive Director represents the company as defined in the written authorization and the organizational rules of the company.

Executive Department (hereinafter called ED) arranges the assemly of electrical devices according to the approved project documentation in accordance with the Contract for Work (hereinafter called CfW) and appendices; It completes the production and technical documentation of constructions (testimonials, certificates, building journals, declaratory protocols) and coordinates the purchase of materials needed to carry out the constructions. The following employees are part of the ED: Production Manager, ED officers, Head Electrician, Electrician and Assistant Fitter.

Department of Technical Production Preparation and Marketing (hereinafter called TPPaM) works out price offers; it carries out technical and commercial concurrence at implementation of electrical wiring works, handles technological procedures for repeated production; it processes planned calculations of the constructions; it makes intracompany pricelists; it solves change procedures. The following employees are part of the TPPaM: Head od TPPaM and TPPaM officer.

Economic Department (hereinafter called ED) processes the company double-entry bookkeeping; salaries and human resources issues; it ensures the contact with the Tax Office, Social Insurance Agency, health insurance companies, financial institutions, Statistical Office; it provides intracompany controlling. The emloyees of the ED are: Head of the ED and ED officer.
