• Exellent computer skills – Word and Excel applications.
• Good knowledge of CENKROS, a computer application for making budget calculations.
• Technology of electrical devices assembly, working practices and control procedures at the assembly of these devices.
• Ability to read the electrical wiring project documentation and related diagrams.
• Methodology of making planned and operational calculations.

• Technical regulations (technical standards) related to assembly of electrical devices.
• Use, technical parameters and the main suppliers of electrical components and devices installed at the assembly of the electrical devices.
• Pricing methodology –setting the construction price (Prices Act).
• Technical and legislative regulations on - metrology, occupational safety and health when working with electrical devices, making a judgement on a match of electrical components installed at the assembly, responsibility for damage caused by a defective product or action.
• List of technical standards related to electrical devices.
